You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date. Here's everything you need to know about managing your subscription.
How to Cancel
There are two ways to cancel your subscription:
1. Through Your Account Dashboard:
- Log into your account. Use the same email you purchased with.
- Navigate to your subscription settings
- Select the cancel option
- Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
2. Contact Customer Service:
- Email us at [email protected]
- Include your request for cancellation
- Provide your order number
Timing Your Cancellation
Important details about cancellation timing:
- Cancel before 11:59 PM EST the day before your renewal date
- Once a renewal order processes, it cannot be canceled (only returned for store credit)
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
Already Processed Orders
If your renewal order has already processed:
- The order cannot be canceled
- Your first subscription order is covered by our 60-day satisfaction guarantee
- You can return unused products according to our return policy
- Future renewals will be canceled to prevent additional charges
After Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- You'll receive a cancellation confirmation email
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- You can keep any remaining product from your last order
- Your account will remain active for future one-time purchases
