Timing Requirements
Important details about subscription changes:
- All changes must be made before 11:59 PM EST the day before your renewal date
- Once a renewal order processes, it cannot be modified
- Your subscription will update according to your selected preferences
Already Processed Orders
If your next renewal order has already processed:
- The order cannot be changed or canceled
- Your first subscription order is covered by our 60-day satisfaction guarantee
- Future renewals can be adjusted to your preferred schedule
- Contact customer service if you need assistance
