- We'll refund your full purchase price (minus shipping costs)
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
Multiple Product Purchases
- For orders of multiple products, we can refund your first bottle and offer store credit for additional bottles
- Return any unopened products for a refund
Subscription Orders
- Your first subscription order is covered by our 60-day guarantee
- You can cancel or modify your subscription anytime before your next renewal
- Manage your subscription through your account dashboard
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
