If your subscription has already renewed, there are several options available to you. Here's what you need to know.
Already Processed Orders
When a renewal order has processed:
- The order cannot be canceled
- You will receive the products you ordered
- Your subscription can still be canceled to prevent future renewals
- Your first subscription order is covered by our 60-day satisfaction guarantee
Your Options
If your subscription renewed before you could cancel:
1. Cancel Future Renewals:
- Log into your account dashboard
- Cancel your subscription to prevent additional charges
- You'll receive a cancellation confirmation email
2. Return the Product:
- First-time subscription orders are covered by our 60-day satisfaction guarantee
- Return the unused portion or empty container
- Receive a refund of your purchase price (minus shipping costs)
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
Preventing Future Renewals
To avoid unwanted renewals:
- Cancel before 11:59 PM EST the day before your renewal date
- Keep track of your renewal date in your account dashboard
- Update your subscription preferences before renewal processing
- Watch for renewal reminder emails
Processing Time
For returns and refunds:
- Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed
