We understand that sometimes you need to cancel an order. Here's what you need to know:


Regular Orders

You can request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Here's how:

1. Email our customer service team immediately

2. Include your order number in the subject line

3. We'll confirm if we can catch your order before processing


Please note: Once an order enters our fulfillment process, we cannot cancel it. If you receive an order confirmation email, your order has likely begun processing.


Multiple Bottle Orders

For orders of multiple bottles:

- Cancellation policy applies to entire order within the 2-hour window

- After delivery, first-time purchases are eligible for our satisfaction guarantee

- Returns of multiple bottles may be eligible for combined refund and store credit

Subscription Orders

For subscription orders:

- Cancel anytime before 11:59 PM EST the day before your renewal date

- Manage your subscription through your account dashboard

- Contact customer service if you need assistance with cancellation

- First subscription order is covered by our satisfaction guarantee


What if I miss the cancellation window?


If we couldn't cancel your order in time, don't worry! Our 60-day satisfaction guarantee means you can:

- Try the product when it arrives

- If unsatisfied, return any unused portion

- Receive a refund (minus shipping costs)

- For multiple bottle orders, we'll refund your first bottle and may offer store credit for additional bottles
