Need to cancel your order? We'll help you through the process. Here's what you need to know:
Cancellation Window
You can request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be cancelled.
How to Cancel

- Your order number in the subject line
- Request for cancellation
- Your contact information
We'll confirm quickly if we can catch your order before processing begins.
Already Processing?
If your order has begun processing (you'll receive an order confirmation email when this happens), you have options:
- Accept delivery and return unused items under our 60-day satisfaction guarantee
- Receive a full refund (minus shipping costs) once we receive your return
- For multiple bottle orders, we'll refund your first bottle and may offer store credit for additional bottles
Subscription Orders
For subscription orders:
- Cancel anytime before 11:59 PM EST the day before your renewal date
- Manage your subscription through your account dashboard
- Your first subscription order is covered by our 60-day satisfaction guarantee
